Susan’s Green Marketplace has partnered with Bongo International to service out international customers. Bongo services over 220 countries and territories and accepts over 20 payment methods popular to international shoppers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

Most items will arrive within 2 weeks after receipt of your order. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
Susan’s Green Marketplace cannot offer merchandise returns or exchanges on orders shipped internationally. All sales of products shipped internationally are final.
Because of 3rd party restrictions, international orders are not eligible for:
- Free Shipping
- Coupon Discounts
- Reward Point Discounts
- Auto-Renew subscriptions
Out of Stock Products
All of Susan’s Green Marketplace products are shipped directly from our distributor. Although we do everything we can to prevent an Out of Stock situation after an order has been placed, occasionally it does occur. When this happens, the Out of Stock product will be removed from your order and the remaining products shipped. Any money paid related to the Out of Stock product will be refunded to your credit card.
Some products cannot be sold internationally due to import restrictions. Products unable to be imported to your destination country will be removed from your shopping cart once you are redirected to Bongo’s website to complete the order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to become knowledgeable of their countries import regulations. Susan’s Green Marketplace will be not be held liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.
